According to AS, Chelsea have agreed to sell attacker Eden Hazard to Chelsea for a fee in the region of £78m (€100m). Madrid beat Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain in the race to sign the Belgian, who is seeking a new adventure after a poor season so far.

Hazard has scored just twice in all competitions this season with groin and hip injuries taking their toll on the winger. According to other reports emerging from Spain, the 25-year-old could be used in a part-swap deal involving Real’s James Rodriguezwho is reportedly on the trasnfer list at the capital club.
Hazard admitted last month that he would be tempted by the chance to work with current Real head coach Zinedine Zidane, saying:

“Of course, Zinedine Zidane gets you interested. He was my idol when he was a player… and he’s been saying good things about me for a long time. In any case, I want to work with the best managers in the world.”

Recall that Real Madrid have reportedly alerted Premier League clubs to the availability of Isco and James with the pair set to command £34m and £60m respectively. It has been discovered that President Florentino Perez has been unhappy with their form over the course of the season.
