Adele labelled the terrorists behind the Brussels bombings ‘f**ers’ during her concert at the O2 Arena on Tuesday night, as her fans lit up the venue with their phones as a show of support to the city. Caught on camera by a twitter user in the audience, Liam Edwards, the clip shows Adele on stage taking a moment to reflect on the tragic events of the day. And clearly moved by the tragedy, the Rolling In The Deep singer can be heard saying:
‘We’re all here for the same reason. I’m hoping you’ve all come to be entertained by me. I’m here to entertain you, so we’re all united, so that makes us much better than them f***ers. You’re on, you f***ers’

The music fan summed up the arena’s general response to her speech, captioning the video:
‘Adele has a message for the terrorists who were involved in the # brusselsattack # AdeleLive2016 # brusselsairport.’
