From April UK Will Start Deporting People Earning Less Than £35,000 Yearly

Non-EU migrants earning less than £35,000 will be forced to leave the U.K, from April, 2016, thanks to a new Home Office policy, which comes into force on April 6. It applies to all overseas workers who have been in the UK for 5 years on a Tier to visa. If they can’t prove that they’re earning more than £35,000, they will be denied settlement and will face deportation

A petition to scrap the £35,000 threshold has attracted more than 100,000 signatures from British citizens and was debated in parliament on Monday. But the government is adamant that the policy is fair, and that individuals have had many years to prepare.
