At about 1.20am today at Umurari village, troops of 7 Division Garrison in conjunction with Civilian JTF, averted two suicide attacks after 2 female suicide bombers were intercepted. One of the suicide bombers however detonated her explosive, on sighting the troops. The other one was gunned down while attempting to escape.
