While the Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, was speaking at Chatham House, on the topic “Nigerians’ Human Capital and State Education Initiative: The View From IMO State” a biafran supporter interrupted him by shouting that no one is doing anything about the plight of Biafrans in Nigeria. He was later walked out by other participants who saw him as a nuisance.
