A Facebook user and Nigerian woman who is based in the UK, Henrietta Isiakpona, has taken to social media to express her displeasure at a man she identified as Iyanife Pride Jim Bakare, who has been harassiing her for marriage on social media which led to him sending her unsolicited and unclad photos of himself. This is what she wrote:
“Can someone or people that know this idiot and useless man tell him to stop sending me such pictures on Whatsapp? He is a useless man from Island, called Iyanife Pride Jim Bakare.”
From the photos, the man is seen in varying stages of uncladness, plus she claims he asked for her hand in marriage.

But a quick check on Facebook reveals that this is not the first time Bakare is harassing women on social media. On March 23, another female Facebook user, Benny Umoren called him out.
According to her, he was a ‘pastor’ who shares religious posts on his page, but slides privately into her inbox to post ‘atrocious’ contents. And then she published the Whatsapp messages he sent her.
It is unclear how he gets their contacts, but as at the time of this report, Bakare had shut down his account.
Should the women have blocked his account rather than going public with details?
