Busy Buddies, a professional sports broadcasting team from the stables of Tre Gong Nigeria Limited has secured a deal with 92.9 Bond FM, the most listened to radio station in Lagos State.
The deal, which will commence on August 1, includes the Production and presentation of a unique sports show entitled ‘Naija Style’.
Naija Style, which will be broadcast in Pidgin, comes up live on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5 to 6 PM. In addition, live updates of weekend games take place on Saturday and Sunday throughout the football season from 4.30-7.30pm. This show is called ‘Football Fever’.
Members of the Busy Buddies team include broadcasters Deji Faremi, Kelechi Nkoro, Okon Nya, Princess Fiona, Titus Bankole and Referee James who were formally members of the CoolWazobiaInfo family.
“We didn’t come together to just form a sports team, we came together to create a community that would affect our society positively through sports,” Kelechi Nkoro said.
“We are people with a clear vision for excellence and a sense of loyalty to our fans…” Fiona continued.
Busy Buddies will also have a huge online presence on ‘Tre Gong TV’, with YouTube contents, including a specific Betting Preview Show for punters and other ‘sportainment’ shows.
