According to reports, the popular musician who was seen beating up one of his female dancers at the Jomo Kenyatta airport in Kenya recently, has been sentenced to one year in jail. Koffi Olomide who was deported from Kenya after the assault incident, was arrested at his home in the Congolese capital, Kinshasa. He was charged with assault and battery, a situation which got him a three-month jail sentence in 2012.
