You will recall that Cristiano Ronaldo paid for surgery for little boy who was suffering from cancer and needed costly treatment. The little one survived the operation on his head and got well due to the help of the star footballer. However, Cristiano did not stop there as he had both lines at the back of his head added to his haircut to represent the scars the little boy got from his surgical operation!!! What a heart of GOLD!
