Idowu Oyedeji, pictured above, was critically injured after a drunk driver hit her car in June 2016 while she was coming back from Redemption camp. Her husband who drove & his friend who was at the front seat survived with bruises. Idowu who was at the back seat suffered more as she didn’t have a seat belt on and was asleep when the accident occurred.
Idowu’s sister wrote of her agony:
I broke down constantly in tears every single day seeing her in that condition. I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. It felt like a part of me was going to tear apart.(Guys,
the back seat belt in a car is as important as that of the front- May God keep us away from harm #SafetyFirst).
Death came so close to my family but God who is the keeper of life gave us total victory for the covenant we have with HIM is that of life and not of untimely death. The surgeries were successful & she is now out of Intensive Care Unit. Trusting God for speedy recovery & total restoration.
