A woman who lost her leg in the Alton Towers Smiler crash has posed unclad for a photoshoot to ‘challenge what society regards as sexy’.bVicky Balch also revealed that she was left considering ending her life when she lost her leg in the accident in June 2015. However, she’s had a big turn around and now wants other people to see the scars to inspire them.
She told the Sunday People: ‘In the beginning especially, there were days when I didn’t want to be here any more. I’d think, “What’s the point? I’m not going to be able to live my life to the full or love my life ever again”.’
However, she now says that she realizes that there is always someone who will find you attractive, no matter what you look like.
