According to CNN, Woods, who is currently rehabilitating from back surgery was arrested around 3AM on Monday. Jupiter police spokesperson Kristin Tightler said that he was booked into a local jail but was released on his on recognizance with no bond at 10.50AM.
What is not known is whether Woods tested positive for alcohol or drugs, and if he was the only person in the vehicle, as an arrest report has not been made available.
