This is Chief Francis Kelechi Nwaneri, the Prince of Mboku kingdom in Ihiagwa, Imo state. He is happily married with six children. He has the mandate to unite all Africans and to protect the African culture and heritage but the chief is always surrounded with topless ladies whenever he addresses the public.
