A 20-year-old boy identified as Umar Muhammad has been found dead after committing suicide in the Kandahar suburb of Hadejia, Jigawa State. According to reports, the young man was found dead, after allegedly hanging himself on a tree near a river in Kandahar area.
His neighbors and friends have revealed that the victim was suffering from depression before his death. Jigawa State police spokesman ASP Audu Jinjiri confirmed the incident.
