This will inspire you. A Nigerian mother has told the story of her journey to motherhood and how she discovered her baby has cerebral palsy.
Folashade Fadugba said labor was an uneasy one and when her baby didn’t come out after a while, a C-section was carried out. She took him home and named him Toluwalase, only to discover he was losing weight and not growing like other children his age.
She returned to the hospital and it was then she was informed that her son has cerebral palsy and his brain is partially damaged. As expected, she was shattered but she let her love for her child lead her.She relocated from Nigeria to France in order to have access to better healthcare for her child, and she’s now sharing her story with the hopes it will inspire other mothers.
