Octavia Latosh Robinson, 34, beamed for her mugshot after she was arrested over the alleged attempted poisoning Sunday. An arrest warrant seen by the paper did not say whether the youngsters drank the dangerous cocktail, or how the alleged poisoning had been uncovered. Robinson was charged with distributing food containing noxious material and child abuse.
