A young man has been allegedly shot and killed by a police officer at Unizik Campus in Anambra state this morning. According to an eye witness, Ngini Ebelechukwu who was live at the scene of the incident, he said the police officer was trying to intimidate a driver for trying to leave without paying bribe.
The victim tried talking and he was shot in the head by the officer. He died instantly.
