Lots of Lagosians have taken up jogging in the early mornings, but there are hazards associated with jogging on Lagos streets.Some people have been knocked down by cars, while a few others have been kidnapped.
The commander of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command, Chief Superintendent Tunji Disu, has provided some safety tips for early morning runners, joggers and walkers.
