Former President Barack Obama‘s 26th wedding anniversary message for wife, Michelle is filled with so much love to light a heart for decades.
The immediate POTUS and FLOTUS’ marriage clocked 26 impressive, exemplary years on October 3 2018. So what did Barack Obama do about this?
Off to his Twitter page he went, sharing a candid photo of the love of his life, Michelle, and writing on what an “extraordinary partner” she has been and how she is the one who can always make him laugh. He also told us for free that the former first lady is also his favorite travel partner. [Ha! We knew it! All those scowling Secret Service agents couldn’t have been fun to travel with for eight years. Urgh!]
“Happy Anniversary, @MichelleObama. For 26 years, you’ve been an extraordinary partner, someone who can always make me laugh, and my favorite person to see the world with,” the caption reads.

In response, Michelle also expressed gratitude to her husband thanking him for love, trust, and respect. She further wrote how the former President is a man who always lifts up and honors her and their wonderful girls.
“Thank you @barackobamafor 26+ years of love, trust, and respect – for being a man who always lifts up and honors me and our wonderful girls. Each day I’m with you, I’m reminded of what a treasure you truly are to us all,” writes Michelle.
Engaged in 1991 and married on October 3, 1992, Barack and Michelle Obama have two daughters – Malia Ann Obama and Sasha Obama – and a lot of fans who consider them to be prime relationship goals. Guys, we’re with you all on that!
