A man was so addicted to his messenger app he didn’t even realise the bar he was drinking in was getting robbed.
Video footage, taken by an onlooker, reveals a young man in a green tee-shirt furiously texting at a bar which is believed to be in Brazil.
A gunman dressed in a biker jacket and helmet then walks in with a shotgun in his hand and walks towards the bar demanding the bar tender for money.
While the armed robbery unfolds with all those inside putting their hands up and crouching on the floor, the man on his phone still continues texting on his phone.
The video, which was uploaded by Live Leak and has had more than 5,000 views, and left many social media users in shock.
Some people on social media even claimed the drama was staged.
‘Looked fake,’ one man claimed.
Another agreed and said it was ‘unreal.’
