Yesterday, it was reported that the residents of Amassoma community in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State are lamenting over massive flood that has ravaged most parts of their region and also the issue of snakes invading their homes.
A new video has emerged showing a dog being removed from a dead python after the reptile swallowed the domestic animal last week, according to Facebook user, Audu Nasiru.
The villagers were left shocked as the dog was being removed from the slain python.
It was reported that the snakes are now invading the residences of the villages most especially hiding in the ceiling in the flooded area.
It was gathered that many snakes have been killed in the community withing a short period.
