Kate Hudson has shared the first picture of her new daughter, Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa. The newborn lies in her hospital crib wrapped in a blanket in the image, shared four days after her birth.

The 39-year-old Almost Famous actress shared the news on Wednesday that her little girl was born the day before.
She and boyfriend Danny Fujikawa, 32, explained in the post why they picked her unique moniker.
‘We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa. Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honor,’ wrote the blonde beauty on Instagram.
