A man has been arrested after allegedly butchering his own wife after a disagreement. It was gathered that the man angrily picked up a cutlass and descended on his wife following the heated quarrel over an undisclosed issue.
The man was later apprehended by neighbours who later handed him over to the police.
According to the Facebook user who posted the report, the incident happened on Saturday, September 29, 2018 in Korhogo, Cocody in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
The wounded wife was rushed to the hospital where she is recuperating from injuries.
