The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Ogunwusi Adeyeye and his lovely bride, Queen Moronke Shilekunola just tied the knot over the past weekend and we were – we still are – so elated for them!
Well wishers from all around the nooks and crannies of the world have pouring in their love and well wishes to the newly-wed king and his new Queen.
Queen Zaynab Wuraola, the king’s former wife has also sent her best wishes to the couple in what is being hailed as one humble, beautiful show of goodwill.

In August 2017, it was reported that Ooni of Ife’s marriage to Wuraola Ogunwusi had crashed. Later in the month, she confirmed her split from the supreme Yoruba monarch.
