According to the singer, Toni was on a flight from New York to Los Angeles, and she accidentally left her jewelry box (which she brought as a carry-on bag) on the plane. She went on social media and asked the airline for assistance. Eventually they found her bag, but Toni claims that someone stole her jewelry – including her engagement ring.
