Amanda Liberty, who’s just got a tattoo of her fiancé, a chandelier called Lumiere. Amanda now has a simple portrait of her beloved on her arm, designed by Alice Perrin from Tattoo Fixers. Amanda and Lumiere became engaged last year after she popped the question, but it’s only now that Amanda has taken the next step in commitment: a permanent inking of the object she loves. Amanda identifies as objectum sexual, which means she’s attracted to objects and not people. Her first love was a drum kit, followed by the Statue of Liberty (who she changed her last name for). But with Lumiere the centuries-old chandelier, it was love at first sight. Getting a tattoo felt like an obvious choice.

For now the couple will focus on celebrating Christmas, with Lumiere wearing red bows for the festivities, and enjoying their love regardless of what anyone says.
