Manchester United Win Player and Manager Of The Month of January

Manchester United interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been voted Barclays manager of the month, while England international Marcus Rashford scooped up player of the month.

The 45-year-old becomes the first Red Devils manager since the legendary Alex Ferguson to win prestigious award.

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford emerged as EPL Player for the Month of January following his outstanding performances in the New Year.

The pacey England international scored four goals in January and has helped Solskjaer remain unbeaten in all competitions since he took charge of the club.

The 20-year-old was on target in United’s 2-0 win at against Newcastle, as well as scoring the winner against Tottenham and Leicester City, also among the scorers in the Red Devils’ 2-1 win over Brighton.

Manchester United tackle Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday, February 9, with a chance to rise to fourth place depending on the results of Chelsea’s game against table toppers Manchester City.
