A social worker was allegedly caught sending a foster dad lingerie pics after his girlfriend found the saucy snaps on his iPad.
Lucy Bagnall, 32, is said to have messaged the pictures of herself in her underwear to the father behind the back of his partner, after the foster couple took a child into their home.
A misconduct hearing was told she was the supervising social worker for the couple when they fostered – but began to spark “intimate or sexual” conversations within weeks.
She allegedly sent photos in her underwear to the man known as Mr C and shared phonecalls with him – lasting up to eight hours.
The hearing was told one message said “I love you” and another said “you are literally the best friend ever, you came into my life from nowhere and that’s the work of God”.
A fitness to practice hearing was told Miss Bagnall had only known the man for three weeks.
She had been employed by Compass Fostering in Cardiff, South Wales, last year on a three-month contract.
Head of fostering Kerry Kane said Miss Bagnall was told to keep a professional working relationship and not to befriend foster parents on social media.
Ms Kane said the partner was “completely surprised to see communications and images” and had not understood “the extent and intimacy of it”.
She has not attended the hearing of Social Care Wales and is not represented.
She has since been suspended for alleged misconduct to await the outcome of the disciplinary hearing.
The hearing in Cardiff continues.
