It was a joyous moment, on March 5th, 2019, when Master Divine Okafor, nicknamed ‘Wealth’ was reunited with his family at the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Enugu Zonal Command.
‘Wealth’ was rescued in March 2018 by NAPTIP officials from a fake orphanage home in Obosi, Anambra State, during a raid.
Since then, efforts have been made to know the whereabouts of his parents, as he was too little to provide any information about his origin.
After series of public announcements, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Okafor came forward. DNA test was carried out to ascertain their claims, and it was a perfect match.
