A woman allegedly forced a labourer into sex while her husband pointed a gun at him, police say. Brenda Acuna-Aguero, 39, from Phoenix, Arizona, USA, is accused of picking up the man outside a Home Depot store last Monday.

As soon as they arrived home, Acuna-Aguero was said to have told the man that ‘it’s was her fantasy to have sex with a labourer’.

The labourer refused and that’s when the woman’s husband, Jorge Francisco Valenzuela, 45, came into the room with a firearm and allegedly placed it against the man’s chest and told him ‘that he was going to have sex with his wife or he would shoot him’.

The victim had sex with Acuna-Aguero while Valenzuela took pictures of them and filmed them on his mobile phone, according to Phoenix Police.

The labourer told the police that Valenzuela took away his Mexican visa and driving licence so they could order him to turn up again the next day.

The couple threatened to send explicit photos to the victim’s wife in Mexico if he did not comply, according to the police record.

They drove the victim back at Home Depot but hours later, the husband called him again to return to the house to have sex and if he didn’t, Valenzuela would send the pictures to the victim’s wife.

The labourer showed up with a friend at the house and Valenzuela allegedly sent the pictures to the victim’s wife, it is reported.

The victim contacted the police, who arrested Valenzuela and Acuna-Aguero at their home.

They both allegedly admitted their actions, and Valenzuela confessed that he had been wielding a rifle and threatening to send the explicit photos to the victim’s spouse.

Police said Valenzuela also admitted that he and his wife had done this ‘four times prior with other random men’. They have been charged with sexual assault, aggravated assault and unlawful recording of a person. The pair are being held on a $250,000 bond (£191,725) each.
