It’s no longer news that CAN( Christian Association of Nigeria) declared 3 day prayer and fasting for Nigeria which will start today, Friday but Nigerians are asking ‘what for’?
CAN President, Samson Ayokunle, said that the 3 day prayer and fasting was declared to save Nigeria and Christians from being consumed by insurgents, Islamic terrorists, bandits, kidnappers and ritualists. They also enjoined churches to be part of it.
The exercise is scheduled between January 31 and February 2, 2020.
According to CAN President, there will be prayer walk on Sunday February 2, with Christians displaying placards with the inscription, ‘No to further killings.’
