Lydia Asiedu, a 27-year-old Ghanaian lady who is currently six months pregnant has recounted how her boyfriend, who is a foreigner, left her.
The young and poor Ghanaian lady provides the full details to her story in a post sighted by TSBNEWS.COM on the Facebook handle of popular relationship advisor, Abena Manokekame. She wrote:
My name is Lydia Asiedu, a 27 years old lady.
I once worked at Botwe and met a guy who lived around there. Unfortunately I got pregnant without knowing.
My rent advance was due before the lockdown so I had to move my belongings. I had to sneak away from the house because I didn’t have money to rent again. I currently stay with a friend who is married with 3 kids and her brother. Unfortunately, we all live in a single room.
I sleep on the floor of the room which is not good for a 6 month pregnant lady. The guy who impregnated me isn’t a Ghanaian and due to that can’t locate any of his relatives.
Where I knew him to be staying too, he has vacated the place and I don’t know where he is right now.
I call him and he tells me, he doesn’t have money to rent a place for himself come to think of me too. I don’t know any of my family except my mum. She is also married to a man and has 4 kids. They all live in a single room in a village at Nsawam. Due to her situation, she said she can’t accommodate me too.
I have nobody in this world , even my father I don’t know him. I finished JHS before I got to know my mum and with that I didn’t live with her.
Now I don’t even have anything that a pregnant woman should have. Please help me get a place to stay and even if it’s satchet water, I will sell to buy things for the unborn baby.
I’m highly depressed, please help me.
