Sony Music honours Davido over latest achievement

Davido has received a plaque from Sony Music Entertainment over his recent achievement.

The singer’s A Good Time album hit one billion streams worldwide, and the father of three and his crew were spotted celebrating the new feat.

Davido continues to win with his music career, and his friends and music labels have served as avenues to know about his progress after he went off the online space a few weeks ago.

Recently, the singer’s personal assistant, Aloma, and his manager, Asa Asika, shared good news online as regards the “Blow My Mind” crooner.

Aloma took to his official Instagram page to share a video of the singer celebrating his new win. Davido’s A Good Time album recorded over one billion streams worldwide.

Davido, who recently made history as the first Nigerian to win a South Africam Music Awards in the “Rest of African” category, was awarded a plaque by RCA Records to celebrate his newest achievement.

RCA Records is an American record label owned by Sony Music Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation of America.

Davido’s A Good Time album hits 1 billion streams worldwide. A Good Time is Davido’s second studio album released on 22 November 2019.
