First Lady Melania Trump is reportedly ‘doing well’ following her COVID-19 diagnosis early Friday. ‘Mrs. Trump is doing well. Her symptoms have not worsened and she continues to rest,’ Melania’s chief of staff Stephanie Grisham.

She is in touch with her husband Donald Trump as he’s undergoing treatment at the Walter Reed hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.

‘She is thinking of all who are ill and wishes them a speedy recovery,’ Grisham added.

Early Friday just before 1am, Trump, 74, announced that he and Melania, 50, tested positive for COVID-19 after top aide Hope Hicks tested positive for the contagious virus, just weeks before the presidential election.

The rest of the First Family, including Melania and Trump’s son Barron who lives at the White House, have tested negative for coronavirus.
