American rapper, Kodak Black’s team are allegedly concerned about his mental health and overall well being after he was released from jail after President Donald Trump commuted his sentence for his 2020 conviction.

The 23-year-old Florida hip-pop star was sentenced to 46 months in prison on federal weapons charges in 2019 for making a false statement in order to buy a firearm.

Since his release from prison, Kodak has made a few appearances in public.

Over the weekend, the rapper was spotted hosting a party in Tampa, in celebration of the Super Bowl. However, some members of his team are allegedly “seriously concerned” about his mental health and overall well being.

According to Jasminebrand, his team wanted him to seek some type of psychiatric treatment or help following his release from prison, but he has allegedly refused any help.

A source said: “When he was locked up, he spent a lot of time in solitary confinement and sometimes just being in jail does something to you mentally”.

“He’s not himself. He’s withdrawn and doesn’t seem to be aware of what’s happening around him”.
