Nigerian striker, Anthony Nwakaeme has been honoured with a huge statue in Turkey for his impressive contributions at Super Lig side Trabzonspor.
The 32-year-old, who joined the Turkish club from Hapoel Be’er Sheva in 2018, has made over 90 appearances for club, with over 20 goals to his name.
Nigerian football journalist Oluwashina Okeleji (@oluwashina) shared the news on his social media platform adding that the image was erected in Trabzon by Adem Birsen.
