Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede has penned down an emotional tribute to veteran actor, Olu Jacobs after he was honored at the African International Film Festival (AFRIFF) 2021.
AFRIFF conferred on Olu Jacobs with a lifetime achievement award for his immense contribution to industry and becoming a beacon of hope for the generation.
Reacting to the moment the honorary was given to the ailing actor who was accompanied by his wife, Joke Silva, and other close loved ones, Yvonne Jegede revealed that she wept whilst watching the video of the award presentation.
Yvonne Jegede appreciated the legendary actor for blessing the Nigeria Movie Industry, Nollywood, with his talent and for paving the way for her.
