Ex-beauty queen Ugonna Ogbu, cries out after her home was set ablaze by gunmen
Two traditional rulers in two communities in Okigwe, Imo State, were abducted on Sunday, Dec. 12, by gunmen.
Acho Ndukwe, the traditional ruler of Amagu Ihube, and Paul Ogbu, ruler of Ohitte Ihube, were attacked in their Palace. The palaces of both monarchs were set ablaze before the traditional leaders were taken away.
Crying out, Ugonna Ogbu, an ex-beauty queen’s whose father, Paul Ogbu, was abducted, shared a video showing the ruins of her father’s Palace.
Their cars were burnt and so was the Palace. She lamented that everything she has, including her certificates and documents, got burnt in the fire.
She added that what’s more important to her is her father’s safety and she called for help in tracking and rescuing her father.
