Moment brave cop takes down Nashville school shooter, Audrey Hale with precision shots before colleague finishes her off on the floor

Nashville Police have this morning released bodycam footage from yesterday’s school shooting which left six people dead, including three nine-year-old children.

The disturbing footage shows the heroic police officers who took the shooter down, Audrey Hale, down.

Hale was standing in front of a large window on a second floor atrium of The Covenant School by the time police entered the building.

She was immediately taken down by one of the officers who responded.

The officers are seen going classroom to classroom looking for Hale, who gained entry by shooting through the glass panes of the front door.

By the time police arrived, Hale had shot three students and three teachers.

The transgender shooter – who was born female but often went by ‘Aiden’ and used ‘he/him’ pronouns – harbored a ‘resentment’ about having to attend the school as a child herself.

She shot and killed head teacher Katherine Koonce in the hallway in an ‘assassination’ style killing, in addition to shooting church custodian Mike Hill and substitute teacher Cynthia Peak.

Hale also murdered three nine-year-old students; Hallie Scraggs, William Kinney and Evelyn Dieckhaus.

It’s unclear whether she targeted those children or their class.

Before driving to the school, she messaged a friend on Instagram telling them: ‘I’m planning to die today. THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!

‘You’ll probably hear about me on the news after I die.

‘This is my last goodbye. I love you. ‘See you again in another life.’

‘Audrey (Aiden)’.
