Phyna confronts POS attendant who charged her N4000 for N10k
Phyna, also known as Josephine Otabor, a prominent figure from Big Brother Naija, has shared her encounter with a point-of-sale (POS) attendant who attempted to defraud her.
According to the reality TV star, she instructed her maid to withdraw N10,000, but instead of the usual N400 charge, the attendant attempted to charge her N4,000.
Phyna expressed her surprise at the exorbitant fees still being collected by POS attendants, despite recent efforts to regulate the industry.
Reacting swiftly, she returned to the same POS facility where the attendant claimed that the N4,000 charge was a mistake. However, Phyna remained skeptical and insisted on receiving her N3,600 balance.
