TSB News reports that Chibuzo Nelson Azubuike, known professionally as Phyno has caused a stir online with his latest acquisition.
The singer has splashed billions of naira on 20 units of a detached Terrace building.
The news was made known by Real Estate Mogul, Ned Okonkwo, on his official Instagram page, as he congratulated him on his new property.
He expressed gratitude to the hitmaker for pulling the deal through as he noted how it’s Landlord season.
The new property according to many is said to be worth N1.4 billion.
