In a recent interview, Ilebaye, has finally addressed the viral rumors surrounding her alleged rudeness. The controversy arose after Charles, the host of Glitch Africa Studio, claimed that Ilebaye had exhibited rude behavior during a scheduled interview.
Charles recounted that he was set to interview Ilebaye on a particular day, but upon arrival, he witnessed her shouting at her chaperone and then abruptly leaving the location in her car without giving him a chance to explain the situation. However, Ilebaye has now shared her side of the story.
According to Ilebaye, her side of the story paints a different picture. She explained that upon her arrival, she was left waiting for almost an entire hour without any communication or explanation from the studio’s team. Adding to her frustration, she was supposed to participate in an interview alongside Perry and Adekunle, but they proceeded without her, leaving her in the dark about the situation.
This incident is not the first time Ilebaye has found herself in the midst of controversy. Recently, TSB reported that Ilebaye had seemingly shaded her Big Brother Nigeria colleagues. Since emerging as the winner of the reality show’s grand prize of 120 million Naira, Ilebaye has embarked on various interviews.
When questioned about her feelings regarding people, especially her Big Brother Nigeria peers, who may not have been thrilled about her win, Ilebaye responded with a message of positivity. She suggested that happiness for others is a key to personal success, implying that those who were not happy for her might hinder their own chances of winning.
