In the video spotted on his official Instagram page, Charles Okocha who was driving his car suddenly stopped his car in the middle of the road and started running.
While many think Charles Okocha will stop running, it was just the beginning as the actor was seen running from one side of a road to another road ignoring the traffic rules.
