“For peace to reign I am rolling with my grandma this December”- Burna Boy reveals his Christmas plans
Award-winning singer Damini Ogulu, better known by his stage name Burna Boy, is spending time with his grandmother in honour of the holiday season.
The Grammy winner revealed on Twitter that he is only rolling with his beloved grandmother this December in order for peace to reign.
According to him, his grandmother used to be the one who begged him to come home whenever he travelled; now, she is always on edge when he returns home and always asks when he is leaving.
He stated that this is why he dedicated his song “Thanks” to her.
“My Grandma used to be the one crying for me to come back home, now she’s on edge every time I come back home and is already asking when I’m leaving. This is why I made “Thanks”. I’m rolling with only her this December for peace to reign”.
A year back, Burna had proven to be a grandma’s boy, after he shared a series of photos of his grandmother and accompanied them with a sweet caption.
