Nigerian comedian AY Makun in a latest post on social media has taken a legal step by filing a lawsuit against a man named Agozi Samuel, known as Agozi Comedy on Facebook for sparking controversy with bold accusations about the comedian.
A circulating online video points fingers at AY, alleging that he is responsible for the marital discord between May and her husband, Yul Edochie.
Agozi claims that AY had engaged in an extramarital relationship with May, contributing to the troubles in her marriage.
Agozi said; “You slept with May. Because of you, Yul Edochie and his wife separated because you’re having an affair with Yul Edochie’s wife which is May.
The general public did not know what is happening even the Court case that is going on the general public did not know.”
In a separate video, the individual asserted that AY’s wife, Mabel Makun, had been in a romantic relationship with the comedian’s security guard for the past five years.
Amidst speculation regarding Mabel and AY’s purported marital issues, marked by their decision to unfollow each other, Agozi asserted that AY is not the biological father of his second daughter, who recently celebrated her birthday.

In response to the allegations, Ayo Makun has filed a formal complaint with the police against Agozi for making defamatory statements that Makun claims have tarnished his reputation established over more than a decade.
In the caption accompanying his post, Ayo Makun declared that he had reached a breaking point with the dissemination of false information.
