A Ghanaian man, identified as Mutala, has mourned his beloved girlfriend, Epiphany, who died from what he claims to be severe menstrual pain.
The man took to his micro-blogging page, X, with handle, @richden019, sharing some memories of his 24-year-old lover as he celebrated her life.
The death of the young lady came as surprise to many social media users and were curious to the tragic incident that ended her life.
Mutala claimed that Epiphany died of menstrual cramps, which she has been dealing with since she started her period.
He revealed that her cramps came along with ulcer and every time she started menstruating, she was unable to eat and everything irritates her.
