Nigerians have trooped into the comment section of an Instagram post as a billionaire offers to sell his luxurious mansion worth N350M for just N5000.
The information was made known to all and sundry by famous Instagram influencer identified as Ola of Lagos.
According to Ola of Lagos, the palatial mansion situated in Chevron Lekki is a 5 bedroom contemporary duplex that worth a sum of N350M.
Speaking further, Ola of Lagos asserts that the owner of the mout-watering mansion is willing to offer it for just N5000.
Speaking about the property of the luxurious mansion in the video, Ola of Lagos said that it has an automated door with an alert system, a lightening living room, spacious and luxurious kitchen that can be easily wiped while cleaning.
The influencer said the mansion has a spacious madam room and wardrobe, bathtub in the restroom, family lounge, master bedroom for the husband, a working closet to the restroom, a bathtub, and automated water closet.
Speaking further, Ola of Lagos stressed that the mansion has a chillout terrace where you can observe everything, the lakeview, receives fresh air. He said that from the master bedroom, you can walk to the backyard where you can observe the latest happening. It also has a pool.
