Annie Macaulay–Idibia aka Annie Idibia is a Nigerian, model, presenter and actress. She was nominated in the “Best Supporting Actress” category at the 2009 Best of Nollywood Awards.

Age

Annie Idibia was born November 13, 1984. She is 40 years old.

Education

Annie was born in Ibadan but is originally from Eket in Akwa Ibom State. She moved to Lagos with her mother after the divorce of her parents. She holds a degree in Computer Science and Theatre Arts after completing undergraduate courses at Lagos State University and the University of Lagos respectively.

Career

Her Nollywood career came to limelight for her role in the movies titled Pleasure and Crime and Blackberry Babes.

Prior to the start of Annie Macaulay–Idibia’s acting career, she competed at the “Queen of All Nations Beauty Pageant” where she placed runner-up and she also went on feature in a cameo appearance on the music video of 2face Idibia’s “African Queen” song.

Annie is presently on Young Famous and African show.

Marriage

Annie Macaulay–Idibia is married to 2face Idibia with whom she has two children.

She gave birth to her 1st child, a daughter Isabella Idibia, in December 2008 and her second, Olivia Idibia on January 3rd 2014.

She also owns a beauty salon in Atlanta called “BeOlive Hair Studio”

2face Divorce

News surrounding the her marriage to 2face staring making rounds when her husband 2face went online to say they were divorced. He wrote:

“Hello to my beautiful people of all FEDERATIONS.

“WELL THIS THING I HAVE TO SAY IS SHORT BUT ALSO LONG…. I AND ANNIE MACAULAY HAVE BEEN SEPARATED FOR A WHILE NOW. AND CURRENTLY FILED DIVORCE…
“I WOULD GRANT A PRESS RELEASE SOON TO SAY MY STORY..NOT BECAUSE IT IS ANYONE’S RIGHT TO KNOW ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE; BUT BECAUSE I LOVE MY PEOPLE AND I NEED THEM TO KNOW MY INNOCENCE OR OFFENSE.

“STAY BLESSED MY PEOPLE. I LOVE YOU ALL,“

And when Nigerians questioned if the post was actually from him, he said

“Hey, what’s up, my people? Nobody hacked my account, na me yarn wetin I yarn. Thank you very much! Bless you.”

Pero Adeniyi

Pero Adeniyi is one of 2face’s baby mama and she has three children with Annie Idibia’s husband. The two doesn’t seem to be good friends as Annie recently called out her husband for spending time with his babymama and pretending that he is visiting the kids.
