Tafa Oloyede’s Funeral Date Announced
Veteran actor John Adewumi better known as Tafa Oloyede is set to be go home on February 11, 2022.
Alhaji Moruf Lawal, the Governor of Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Osun Chapter, made the submission in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Osogbo.
Per his statement, the family’s burial preparations had been finalized by the association.
According to Lawal, the group will hold a “Artist Day” in memory of the dead on February 10 from 2 to 6 p.m. in his hometown of Ede.
He went on to say that on February 10, a Christian wake would be held for the fallen before he will be laid to rest on February 11.
Ayo Oladapo, the Association’s General Secretary, said the Christian wake and funeral ceremony will be handled by Christ Apostolic Church, Ori-oke Baba Abiye, Ede.
Mr Bolaji Amusan, often known as Mr Latin, the Association’s National President, had been informed on the funeral plans, according to Oladapo.
