Tee Billz Defends Naira Marley Amid Criticism

Music executive, Tunji Balogun better known as Tee Billz is the latest celebrity to drum support for embattled singer, Naira Marley.

In a now-deleted post, the music executive stated that Naira Marley is too young and talented to be thrown under the bus of cancel culture.

He praised the embattled singer for being one of the best writers of the new age while noting how guilty by association isn’t a deliberate crime to him.

The estranged husband of Tiwa Sav@ge hoped that people forgive him of his shortcomings and also hope God would give him a second chance to attain his blessings as a bonified leader and influencer.

“Too young and too talented to throw under the bus of cancel culture! One of the best writers of the new age! Guilty by association is not a deliberate crime to me… I pray people forgive Naira Marley for his shortcomings and I hope God gives him a 2nd chance to attain his blessings as a bonified leader and influencer! Just yesterday when everyone and their mama was a glorified Marlian. Naira believed and invested in Imole’s talent when none of the after-death advocates of love did. May our creator bless us where we lack knowledge and wisdom”.

Tee Billz isn’t the only celebrity who has stood up for Naira Marley.

Just recently, former presidential aide, Reno Omokri extended his support to Naira Marley.

He empathized with Naira Marley, as he noted how he knows firsthand what it feels like to be wrongly accused of something. He stated that he had once been accused of something he did not do so he understands what it feels like.

Since the controversial videos and speculations of Mohbad death began to spread on social media, Naira Marley has lost the love and support of the public.

From facing a significant decline in his follower count on social media, to having celebrities unfollow him and turn against him, having his songs banned from radio and TV stations, and lots more. The singer has been living in hiding for days now, for fear of being attacked by angry Nigerians.
